1 week to go until The Greatest Car Manufacturer Debate & Charity Auction on 26 March 2026

There is just 1 week to go until The Greatest Car Manufacturer Debate & Charity Auction on Thursday 26 March 2026 from 7-11pm at the wonderful London Scottish House (near Victoria Station) in London, which is raising funds for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, as part of A Driving Force for SSAFA 2026.

The event is being organised by ADF26 participants Alex and Harriet Wolfe, from London as part of their fundraising. The night begins with welcome drinks and dinner inside the breathtaking Super Car Cave at London Scottish House, surrounded by extraordinary machines from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche, Ford, and McLaren, courtesy of private owners and supporting companies. The venue itself is steeped in history: once the drill hall of the London Scottish Regiment, founded in 1859, and the first volunteer force to see action in the First World War at the Battle of Messines in 1914.

During the evening, the ultimate petrolhead question will be tackled: Which car company is the greatest of all time? Five legendary marques will go head-to-head in a lively debate, championed by some of the most respected voices in the automotive world, as the following 5 manufacturers will compete for the crown:
Aston Martin – Because everyone wants to drive James Bond’s car.
Ferrari – The prancing horse, the dream marque for generations.
Ford – From the Model T to the Le Mans-winning GT40.
Lamborghini – Creator of the supercar, from Miura to Countach.-McLaren – From the iconic F1 to Le Mans victory and Formula 1 World Champions in 2025.

The debate will be chaired by Alex Wolfe, host of the Wolfe Power Club — the #1 energy podcast on Apple Podcasts and TikTok, known for lively conversations with industry leaders.

Guests will have the chance to vote for their favourite manufacturer, with every vote purchased helping your chosen marque claim the crown.

There will also be an iconic supercar cave display, a delicious food station dinner between cars, debate and the auction, drinks, and most importantly, we will be raising funds for our SSAFA Veterans.

Alex Wolfe explains why he and his wife Harriet are organising this fantastic event:
“Harriet and I fundamentally want to support our veterans and their families. SSAFA does this all year round, therefore we want to put on an evening where everyone enjoys a night of fun, but we can also raise a huge amount for the charity, helping them to continue their great work.”
